Omnispire Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This notice describes information handling on our public marketing website. It is intended to explain the site as currently configured, not to serve as a privacy notice for the separate talli application.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Omnispire Solutions marketing website, including its Contact and talli product pages. The talli product itself is separate: student, guardian, staff, and attendance records managed within that application are not covered by this website policy. Any privacy notice needed for talli's operational data will be addressed separately.
2. Information we handle
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, and message. If you schedule a demo, Calendly collects the information entered into the booking form, which may include contact details, meeting time, and your answers to scheduling questions. We may receive those details so that we can prepare for and hold the meeting.
Website hosting services and embedded tools may also process technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, device data, and basic request or usage information when you visit the site.
This public website does not contain a student-record submission form. Please do not send student names, emergency contacts, attendance records, or other sensitive student information through the marketing website or its demo-booking form.
3. How we use information
We use information we receive to:
- Respond to questions, partnership requests, and product inquiries.
- Schedule, prepare for, and conduct demonstrations.
- Operate, maintain, and protect the public website.
- Maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations.
4. Hosting, Calendly, and cookies
The website is hosted through Vercel. When you load the embedded scheduling calendar or open the booking page, Calendly may collect information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own practices. This can happen when the embedded calendar loads, even before you submit a booking.
If you schedule a meeting, your booking may also involve the calendar and video-meeting services configured for that appointment. Those services handle information under their applicable terms and notices.
You can review the Calendly Privacy Notice and manage Calendly cookie preferences through its booking interface, where available. Your browser may also let you control cookies and other website data.
5. Retention and security
We keep inquiry and meeting information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage our business relationship, maintain records, or comply with applicable requirements. We take reasonable steps to safeguard information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Third-party providers may apply their own retention periods.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to send us an email or book a demonstration. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Contact us using the details below to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
7. Children's privacy
The Omnispire marketing website is intended for adults seeking business or program information, not for children. We do not knowingly ask children to submit personal information through it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this notice as the website and its tools change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above.
9. Contact Omnispire Solutions
For questions about this policy or requests relating to information we hold, contact Omnispire Solutions.
